Dainty is a Public Health Doctor and a Social Development Professional. She studied Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work (University of Yangon) and in Research Studies (Yangon University of Economics) in Myanmar. She obtained her Bachelor Degree of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Medicine 1-Yangon, Myanmar. Dainty further her studies and took Master in Public Management at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
